SERM

Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator, a class of drugs that selectively activate or block estrogen receptors in different tissues. SERMs like enclomiphene can stimulate endogenous testosterone production by blocking estrogen feedback in the hypothalamus. They are used in hormone optimization and as alternatives to direct testosterone replacement.
