Terms of Use

Last updated: April 6, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of truthinpeptides.com (the “Site”), operated by Truth In Peptides (“TIP,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and age restriction

Truth In Peptides is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, do not use this Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors; see our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Educational content only — not medical advice

All content on Truth In Peptides is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, a medical opinion, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a prescription. Reading this Site does not create a physician-patient relationship. No content here should be relied on as a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider who can evaluate your individual circumstances.

Do not start, stop, or change any treatment, protocol, dose, or medication based on anything you read on this Site. Peptide therapy, hormone therapy, and related interventions involve real risks and must be prescribed and supervised by a licensed clinician. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

See our full Medical Disclaimer for additional detail.

3. Not a clinic, pharmacy, or seller

Truth In Peptides is a publication. We do not prescribe, sell, compound, dispense, or deliver peptides or any other medication. Any provider, pharmacy, or telehealth platform mentioned or listed on the Site is independent of TIP, and a listing is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality. You are responsible for your own due diligence before engaging any provider.

4. Affiliation with Onyx & Opal Health

Truth In Peptides is published by the same team that operates Onyx & Opal Health, a telehealth practice. This relationship is disclosed prominently on our About page and in the site footer. You should read that disclosure before relying on anything here. Editorial decisions are made independently of Onyx & Opal's commercial interests, and we do not accept sponsored content, affiliate commissions, or pay-for-placement from other clinics or pharmacies, but you should nevertheless account for the parent-company relationship when evaluating our content.

5. Accuracy and updates

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but peptide science, regulation, and product availability change quickly. We make no representation or warranty that any content is complete, current, or free from error. Dates shown on profiles reflect the last editorial review, not a guarantee of real-time accuracy. You should independently verify anything before acting on it.

6. Permitted use and intellectual property

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Truth In Peptides or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, share links, and quote short excerpts for non-commercial educational use with attribution and a link back to the source page. Republishing entire articles, scraping the Site, or using the content to train machine learning models without written permission is prohibited.

7. User submissions

When you submit a provider for our directory, send a message via the contact form, or subscribe to the newsletter, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We may edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion. Submissions to the directory do not guarantee inclusion and are evaluated against our published standards.

8. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including clinical trial registries, government agencies, research journals, and provider websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUTH IN PEPTIDES, ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM DECISIONS YOU MAKE ABOUT MEDICATIONS, PROTOCOLS, PROVIDERS, OR PRODUCTS BASED ON CONTENT YOU READ HERE. YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE SITE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Truth In Peptides and its contributors harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. DMCA / copyright complaints

Truth In Peptides respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice that includes the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) (identification of the work, the infringing material and its URL, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act) through our contact form with the subject line “DMCA Notice.” We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the DMCA.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Truth In Peptides maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Truth In Peptides regarding the Site.

16. Contact
